Southern Arizona Rain Gutters
Seamless Rain Gutters
Gutter systems control rain water either by moving it away from the foundation or by harvesting it.
They guard against erosion, flooding, and even sun damage with durable, aesthetic materials made to compliment your home's design. We use the best value product on the market; it comes with a guarantee and is customized for your needs. You can also potentially utilize tax rebates for water harvesting, and use natural resources to save money by supplying water to your garden and your home.
Our gutters are seamless, with hanger supports installed every two feet. Even though the material is lightweight, when water fills up in the gutters, it's eight pounds for every gallon of water. So for a section of gutter that's approximately 70 feet in length, the total weight during a rainstorm is almost as much as a person hanging on the gutter. So it needs to be supported correctly, or it will fail and tear away from the fascia.
We start with the amount of roof space measured in square feet. Water always follows the path of least resistance, so our systems consist of gutters with a slight downhill grade, and downspouts sized for proper drainage, located where they can best move rain water away from your foundation.
Depending on your home’s design, we can install five or six-inch gutters for different water flow rates, an eight-inch seamless gutter and four-inch by five-inch downspouts for commercial properties, or half-round decorative gutters, copper systems with a patina, and the new European Box gutter for a sleek, modern look.
If you have a flat roof, we can install scupper boxes to catch rain water draining through scuppers and direct it toward a downspout or a gutter. For materials, we have aluminum, galvanized steel, and copper. You can pick whatever best compliments your home. For sealing gutter junctions, we use a high-grade construction polyurethane that stays pliable and seals the best.

Aluminum is a durable, low cost, easily maintained material that will not rust and has a life expectancy of approximately 30 years. With seamless rain gutters, all of your straight lengths of gutter will be fabricated in one piece and cut to fit the dimensions of your home ensuring a leak-proof design.

Seamless Copper Gutters or Half Round Copper gutters are chosen for their timeless beauty and outstanding durability and add value to any home. Traditional copper rain gutters add a classic architectural design element to your home. If you want a quality rain gutter that is beautiful and will last a lifetime then you'll love copper rain gutters. Unlike some rain gutters, copper rain gutters stand the test of time because copper doesn't rust or rot, are practically maintenance free and last up to four times longer. Copper quickly begins to oxidize and forms a much desired "patina" or "verdigris" look.

In the Southwest, scuppers are a common feature on homes, directing rainwater to a centralized opening on the roof where it can flow off efficiently. These drainage devices are especially important for flat-roofed homes, as rainwater can fall from scuppers with significant volume and pressure, sometimes from great heights. This can result in costly damage to landscaping and pavers below.

Commercial gutters play a critical role in protecting your property by efficiently capturing and rerouting water away from the building’s foundation, helping to prevent costly water damage. In addition to safeguarding your foundation, gutters also protect landscaping and valuable equipment from water runoff. With a range of stylish options available, they can enhance the appearance of your building while providing essential functionality.
